Hey all. I was on the internet this afternoonand I came across a very helpful site for those of you that rent their dwellings, as does my daughter,. I wanted to pass it on to you all as well.
Rental Protection Agency is a site aimed at assisting renters with disputes with their landlords. If only we had known about this last winter. My daughter was renting her apartment in a college town and the place was freezing. She tried to contact the landlord multiple times, but since he lived out of time it was impossible to reach him. She finally used space heaters too keep warm. I wish we had known about this site as they can be such a help. They mediate between you and your landlord and the fee is minimal.
