Hey all. Baked ziti for dinner tonight. I am making it a new way that I saw on tv. After cooking the ziti, drain it and then add a generous amount of riccota cheese to it. Then add some sauce and lots more locatelli cheese. I like that kind best. Finally some mozzarella cheese on top and then broil it for a few minutes to melt the cheese. I will let you know how it is. It sounded really good. Also some garlic bread and a salad on the side.
