Hey all. We had turkey sausage for dinner. If you have never tried it, I urge you to, it is great. It tastes like regular pork sausage, but no fat or added calories. I cooked it in a little bit of olive oil. Turn it a couple of times. If you choose, add some sliced up onions and green peppers. Cook on medium stove temp for about 10-12 minutes. Serve with some spaghetti sauce on a hard roll. Omit the sauce if you have none. This type of sandwich is great. Try the turkey sausage, I guarantee you will never go back to pork sausage.
