Pasta dinner

Hey all. Pasta dinner tonight. Just a tomato sauce, no meatballs. My sauce is simple, cook some chopped onions and garlic in EVOO for about 3 minutes. Add basil and oregano to taste, about 1 tbsp. Then add 3 small cans of tomato paste and on 46 oz. can tomato juice and 5 oz. water. Stir well and then add about one fourth cup grated locatelli cheese. Simmer for bout 15 minutes.
