Spaghetti

Hi all. Here is a great recipe to try. My homemade sauce.
In some EVOO cook up a small chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Let it sweat out about 3 minutes. Then add 1 can tomatoe juice and 3 small cans of tomatoe paste. Stir it up and then add 1 cup of water. Next add about 1 cup of good parmeasan cheese and 1 tsp. of oregano and basil. Simmer all this for about 2 hours. Enjoy. Next up metballs.
