Well it is early morning. My son is in a science competition this afternoon. I plan to make him a hearty breakfast. One of his favorites are scrambled eggs and toast. The secret to my eggs is to add a fair amount of cheddar cheese. Go easy on the milk when you are mixing them though as they may get runny. With a dash of salt and pepper, they are great on a cold morning.
