My son

More so than my 2 older daughters, my youngest son has the chef in him. He likes to name everything after him. "Hey Billy, what's that new sandwich called?" "It's called the 'Billy.'" How creative.

Another successful dinner...

Another one of my favorite's is called "Ann's Chicken." I have no clue who Ann is, but her chicken is delicious! It's a bit of a lengthy cook time, but I set it up mid afternoon and it's ready to go for dinner.

Meatballs

My daughter just called me back and said that it was actually the meatballs that her husband loves...more so than the sauce itself. That actually makes me even happier since they are a bit more original than the sauce.

Spaghetti Sauce

Imitation is the highest form of flattery. Well, my daughter asked for my spaghetti sauce recipe and she says her husband can't get enough of it. Now I know what to make when they come and visit too!

25th Anniversary

Last post I mentioned that I have my 25th wedding coming up! That's a big one...the silver annivesary and we are very excited. Lots of nice presents can come in the form of silver!

My family

I have 4 kids and a husband to feed so I do a lot of cooking! Over almost 25 years of marriage I think I have it pretty much mastered! At least, no one leaves the table hungry and I always get a lot of compliments.
